About the Digital maker

I wanted to create something new with a direct strategy.

A transformation of my typical art with a mix of socials-based technologies, media communication, image transformation and visual art skills of which most concentrate in the Fashion Industry and life-style.

My video editing is the process of manipulating and rearranging video shots to create a new work, while my editing is usually considered to be one part of the post production process. Other post-production tasks include titling, colour correction, sound mixing as part of my current new job.

Digital editing involves transferring short clip and audio into formats capable of being modified in a digital editor. Scenes are very often trimmed, cut, and arranged to create a fluid and coherent story. Dialog, music and graphic templates are inserted,

Despite my career in digital editing is totally new, I'm constantly studying and learning this new contemporary language of communication.

Compositing audio and video is also used in my podcasts editing, audio filtering and a wide range of other media editing processes.

I’m an artist and digital creator with strong intensity where energy, poetic fantasies, passion and constancy shows profound sensitivity and an emotional spirit.

About the Artist

Rossano Poletti

I was born in Carpi, northern Italy and I was educated starting to draw and paint at a very young age displaying a profound aptitude for art. I was later educated in Tuscany studying methods of painting, drawing, and art history through different techniques such as Encaustic and Trompe d’Oeil but still consider my art education as a self-made painter.

In 1997 I moved to London following my passion for the colours and the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the capital. There, I have found the perfect mixed between Art and contemporary Society. I describe my type of work as Figurative art, clearly derived from real or imaginary scenes and imaginary people representing the human figure and are therefore, by definition, representational.

As Aristotle stated, “The aim of Art is to present not the outward appearance of things, but their inner significance; for this, not the external manner and detail, constitutes true reality”

In 2015 I moved to Ibiza where I'm leaving at the present. As soon I reached the Island, I started to exhibit my works in several different shows including important and famous locations such as B12 Gallery, Heart Club, Nagai, Cova Santa, Las Dalias. The success has been immediate, and I'm currently work on different art projects. Since few years ago I am Art Director of Ethereal Art Lab Ibiza where Art, Music and Digital visuals creates a dynamic and strong fusion.
